This high-density residential project is located inside an  ambitious mega development called Casino City along  interstate freeway from Incheon International Airport to  Seoul. The site area is about 11,500 sqm, and overall building area is about 96,500 sqm.

There are four apartment towers of various  heights that are adjoined by sky-corridor-gardens  at various elevations. SaaN’s design promotes  healthy community and modern living. There is  a urban community center shared by residents of  all four towers, and sky ‘communities” shared by  neighboring towers of limited units. Sustainability is emphasized in design of residential units  and also in public facilities such as swimming  pool and club house. Modernity is reflected in architectural facade design of simplicity, efficiency,  luxury and sophistication.
