The project provides a very high benefit to cost factors while addressing most of the major quality of life issues oriented to enabling capacities to empower the people of Haiti with necessary skills and disciplines. This will also provide local installed capacity for production-fabrication of UFA compliant steel composite panelized systems with high Progressive Collapse Design Requirements to avert future structure life threatening structural failures.
