FxFowle Architects, P.C., with CITIARC and IDA, prepared schematic designs for a 100 story building to be located in the new Central Business District of Tianjin. The building will have a retail base, 2 corporate office modules with separate sky lobbies and a five star hotel will occupy the top one third of the building. It is slated to be the tallest building in Tianjin.
